A: Koi are shipped safely in insulated boxes with oxygen-packed bags and handled with care. We aim to ship early in the week using overnight service to reduce travel time and minimize stress on the fish.

A: Yes — the koi listed are individual fish, not stock images. When you purchase, you’re reserving that exact fish, grown and photographed here at the farm. Photos with multiple koi are sold first come first serve.
